Today we explored the city park in Winterset, Iowa!

| We started with a breakfast picnic at home on the front step. |

First we got lost trying to find the park, but we found this nice river instead.

| We embarked on a hike up to Clark Tower. Mom thought we were lost and was unsuccessfully trying to use her GPS, but I pointed out this helpful sign. |

| We made it to the tower at last. |

| I climbed all the way to the top, no worries! Chuck could not climb the ladder, though. |

| We were hungry after all the excitement, so we picked up some sandwiches and ate them on the town square. |

| Did I save room for ice cream at the old-timey ice cream stand? Yes, I did. |
