New York Trip Part 1

We met Nicole and James's new baby, Harold! He is pretty rad for a two-week-old.

Mom held Harry and thought he was pretty special, too.

We stayed in a nice Airbnb apartment in Brooklyn.

Bonus!! Aunt Lora, who lives in Florida, happened to be in NY too! We met her for dinner and showed her our place.

Of course we did some yoga, too!

I think New York is super awesome. There is always something to look at! Like construction workers.

I met Dad's coworkers ... they were so nice. This is when I played my LeapPad in the cafeteria.

The subway! I loved it.

Here is Mom and her friend Katie.

Here is Katie, Natalie, and Ginger.

Here is Mom, Ian, Cole, Katie, Ginger, Natalie, and Dad.

Then Pat joined them! Where is Frank? I had a babysitter Friday night! Way more fun than they were having.

I asked Dad what every. single. sign. on the train said. I am especially interested in rules like "no smoking," "no leaning on the door," and "no dancing on the poles" (seriously). NYC has lots of signs and rules, so it's my kind of place.

One morning we went to Coney Island! Can you find Mom and me in this mural?

OK, so it was raining, and Dad was unsure about this. But I saw the Atlantic for the first time!

Serious faces, but I was having a blast!

Cold ocean!

I was nervous at first.

But then I didn't want to leave.

Even Dad came around and had fun.

Then we stopped for breakfast on the boardwalk.

Mom took a selfie while I scoped out the men's room.

I begged to go on a ride, and of course I got my way.

Next year Mom will take me on the Cyclone! If I'm tall enough.

I can not overstate my love for New York playground sandboxes. I played in at least four of them.
Toy envy.

Please don't make me leave the sand box!

Saturday afternoon we met Niva, David, Elia, and Anita in Prospect Park!

We also joined in on a birthday picnic in honor of Elia's aunt Minerva! This cool bunny was also at the picnic.

Elia was not sure about me at first, but I wore him down.
Now we are best buddies!

Then we ordered Thai food (yummm, Mom misses delivery food) at our apartment and played with Elia's baby sister, Anita!

I loved making the baby smile! She made me smile, too.

May/June 2015

Out to lunch with Mom! We brought home tacos for Dad.
Puddle Jumpin'

I love my new boots from Grandma and Grandpa!

We went to the zoo with Arin and Brooksley!

Chuck and I drove the fire engine at Colby Park.

Breakfast Picnic -- summer break is off to a great start!

My friends and teachers at Childtime made me this card on my last day.

My piano teacher and my good pal, Will.

Memorial Day at Cherry Glen park.

Played some ball with Dad.

Grandpa taught me how to fly a kite.

I was afraid it would get stuck in a cloud.

Just hangin' from a tree at the Science Center.

Me and Peyton-- I mean, two superheroes-- at the Zeiglers' house.

Thanks for the good times, Zeiglers!
